I fell and I have a knot in my head
I fell running to turn off my alarm and now I have a knot in my head. I don’t know what to do. I have a cold compress and my head hurts. I don’t know what to do , can i sleep ?

If there had been no loss of consciousness or vomiting or ear or nose bleed, then you can just take cold compress and mild anelgesics with Antacid. If the pain is worsening of there is any drowsiness or vomiting, then it is better to do a brain scan - Plain CT Brain and Consult a Neurosurgeon.
