Brain and Spine Problems

Sir, From past 5-6 days suddenly in afternoon around 2pm headache used to start back side of brain it long last for 3-4 hours. After that it becomes normal.

I been suffering from chronic headache from past many days during day time afternoon night evening ...no fixed time..it just doesnot allow me to concentrate and brings on irritation and anger

Can you please tell me the safe route for checking the temperature of CVA patient?

My mother is having migraine since years, but from last 3 days she is having continuous headache and feels like nerve stretching near the upper right ear corner.

I have been having severe headache and fever. Sometimes even feel chills with fever and also have ESR as 80

Hello Doctor, I am not able to sleep properly whole night. Headache also started after 4-5 days due to not getting enough sleep. The same issue occurs once after 3-4 months from last two year and it continues to 15-20 days. I usually go to bed before 11 and I can fall asleep in 5-10 minutes and I sleep well,  but I don't know why this type of insomnia repeated again and again. I have no stress, depression, anxiety, nor I use electronic devices at night. I have also taken meals property and light food at night. My height is 150cm and weight is 47kg. I work in IT. Age-25 I don't know whether above information is relevant or not. Please let me know what's wrong in my daily routine, due to which I have to suffer after every 3-4 months. I also got small hematoma in my brain in November 2016. But insomnia issue is from 2 years almost. Thanks in advance. :-)

Hello Sir I had an injury on my skull 10-11 years ago,i got it checked,the doctor said that it will heal on its own. But there is a spot on my skull,where,when I press ,it hurts. Can it be due to internal bleeding or formation of blood clot?

Paralysis left hand and leg. Blood clot form in brain. Thrombosed left internal carotid antos. Encephalomalacia in right occipito parietal region T lacunar intract Right lenti form nucleus and right thalamus . Encephalomalaciac changes  with surrounding gliosis in right occipitopariertal lobe old healed infract. Lacunar infract in right lenti form nucleus and right thalamus. Cerebral atrophy with periventricular and patchy deep white matter small vessels ischemic changes. Thrombosed and diffuse intimomedial thickening of left intrenal carotid artery.

I have been pain in half side of head continuously feel very heavy and irritating
