Rapid onset, severe migraines.
Ever since September 18, I have been having very severe, and rapid migraines. Some are instantaneous. I am currently on sumatriptan 50mg, but it isn’t always effective, and takes too long to have any noticeable effect on me. I want to receive injectors, but I can’t due to the high risk of serotonin syndrome (I take fluoxetine). I heard there is a nasal spray called Stadol that I think might help, but I need your advice. Is it right for me?

Taking sumatriptan frequently is not advised as it itself leads to headache if used frequently , called as analgesic overusage headache . If its diagnosed as migraine then proper preventive medication on regular basis for few months will help you . Do consult neurologist for the same.
