Brain and Spine Problems

I get a mild headache and start feeling sleepy suddenly while riding my bike or using my computer. Please guide me.

Since the past 2 weeks ive been having this sensation of my arm falling asleep. Sometimes i feel it in my right forearm down to my wrist and palm and sometimes i get some strange discomfort in my left forearm and my left index finger. Theres no pain. Im currently at the end of a 15 day course of medrol(16,8,4mg) so not sure if its because of that? Ive done thyroid and diabetes and all clear. Please advise as its worrying me endlessly and i have to travel abroad next week. Currently recovering from a sinus for which medrol was given. Also being treated for dry eyes. My diet is quite healthy and i dont smoke and drink very rarely. No weight issues or any such history. Could it be due to my sleeping posture? Although this has never happened in the past.

It has been 7 weeks now. my pain is improving with yoga, exercise. am i still suppose 2 see a neurosurgeon or spine specialist bcoz i feel it is piriformis syndrome of butt.

Hello sir last 7day so much in my brain I'm afraid what is happening it was so much pain I need help some Time nothing pain it was Normal but sometsometimes it's so much like some buddy hit me in my brain

Problem started since last six month. Gradually losing strength in legs particularly in right leg. Earlier used to walk 2-3 km easily. Now I feel fatigue even after walking 100 m. I am having migraine problem. I am not always getting migraine but frequently I am getting headache. Cases for getting headache when I am taking head bath, when I slept in afternoon after I woke up I am feeling like squeezing my head. After some time I will come to normal stage. Sometimes I am unable to see sun directly. I am taking medicine dart when I am unable to bare the pain. Usually I am getting migraine hardly once in a year. That time after vomiting only my pain will be relieved.please suggest.

My neck is shivering while I speak to others it has started two weeks before .And I feel my neck is stiff and I'm not able to control my neck.
