Brain and Spine Problems

I am confused about how much sleep I require I am 18 and student but always feels tired When I sleep for 6 hours I feel tired even I sleep for 4 hour I feel same or even 8 hour

Must have slept awkwardly on my flight last night and have lost some movement & strength in my left hand, possible forearm below elbow. Light numbness also felt, any advice is appreciated.

I have been having hearing loss and balancing problem for 8 years.i have neurological problems also.episodic facial weekness,dizziness,spinning vertigo etc persists.is there any tratment available for me?

I consult a DR. HE gave lovax od 300 tab. 1tab after dinner...am eating this tab last 5 years and i haven,t change....when i am stoping to eat this tab am feeling like that problem of epilepsy will start again...After having this tab i am starting snoring, feeling sleepiness, hearing problem, can,t see properly, like 2 visions at a time...am really tensed what to do....

I sleep a lot during the day even though I get a good night sleep. My work productivity has suffer a lot and need some medication to help me combat sleepiness

I've been having pain from shoulder blade to hip. Pain will starts at midnight. I'm unable to bare this problem it is not allowing me sleep. This is not responding to pain killer or by using vasopressin. I took x Ray but problem has not been identified.

Pathology report shows vitamin B 12 AS 157 AND 25 Hydroxy (oh) vit d as 24.84

Sir I am diagnosed to be having cerebellar atrophy for the last 5 years and it is progressing,Just now my 2 knees are paining and so is m foot, I understand in allopathy there is no treatment. at Present I am not having any swallow or any pain, But in siddha there is a solution ?

Right and left hand thumb pain due to this nerve from thumb to shoulder  are heavy pain also at night during sleep time more pain.
