Brain and Spine Problems

I have low vitamin b12, calcium and vitamin d deficiency. I went to a physiotherapist for knee and heel. She told me low vitamin b12 might be affection my nerves. At times I get feeling of needle pinching in my fingers, hands and legs. In addition I feel lack of focus and feel irritated. Also at times I feel something is pressing or squeezing my head. I did had minor cervical related issues for which I did physiotherapy. I work in software development, so apart from work I need to study and learn new technologies. This I am unable to do because of my health issue. Please suggest doctor.

I have been having numbness in legs i.e.feeling less blood circulation in legs. It feels like massaging the legs. This is happening from past 2 months. Now sometime legs starts to pain. This problem is mainly below knee. My focus remains on legs most of the time.

I am an epileptic patient and i am on medication since 20 yrs on Gardenal 60 mg and Tegretal 200 mg both one time night. I have a healthy 1st baby with the regular above medicines.. now i am expecting 2nd child i just need an opinion on the same.
