Strange feeling in one leg

Numbness in one leg starting from toe finger to hip, can walk but pains at various locations in leg since 2 weeks. Memory loss, cognitive issues, clumsiness, gait problems since 2 years roughly, EEG and MRI done 1.5 yrs back was normal.
