Brain and Spine Problems

My mother was diagnosed with brain tuberculoma. She has been taking a TB drugs for last 2 years. But there has been no sognificant change in the ct scan for the last 7 months. It shows Calcified node in left frontal lobe. What should be done

I am getting paralytic attact which started 3 days back started from left hand and today morning no sensibility in tounge and right hand , yesterday no sensitivity in right hand it is changing positions

Not sure if this problem is related to general health or nerves. Please help me with a category it falls in to find a doctor for checkup.

I have had numbness in big toe tips for 2 weeks. It causes no discomfort but bothers me. Its more in one feet than another. I also observed darkening of skin around the joint of my big toe.
