Brain and Spine Problems

I am taking 3 times tablets oly morning Hosit aftrnoon Ecosprin 150 night Rosumac 20mg 4month  completed but my voice is still not cleared and tingling of right side also.

I have had migraines for a year and a half now. I have been to many doctors and they could not explain why. I was finally told it was because of a lack of Vitamin D. It has been causing vision problems, it is hard to concentrate, and I'm starting to forget things. Is this all permanent? Where should I go from here?

My uncle was diagnosed with a blood clot in brain yesterday and he's in coma now. Doctors suggested surgery but we want a second opinion from an expert. I have the reports if you want to check. NEED A NEUROLOGIST.

Soft odema on right Side of my 10 months old baby's head ,the odema located superior posterior to the ear, it is occupy erea of about 5 cm And not elevated too much.

I am noticing a weird pressure at the back of the neck and feel like something is moving inside. Sometimes I notice small movements in back spine. I have had giddiness and ear pain too when exposed to cold air/ac. In last two weeks I've had ear infection and fever. Both are gone now but neck problem has begun. What should I do next?

I'm facing headache at the side of the head muscles and veins! Similarly in my neck also , if i move my neck at left or right side the pain will be more in head for few seconds!! Pain is very low but it's there from past 2 months ! I've visited many doctors also and they have told to go for blood test , in that the vitamin d3 level was 19.1 , so for vitamin also m taking medicine.. While sleeping i don't feel any pain

I am having headache in left side starting from ocular region under left eye n radiating towards temporal n occipital region It occur only for 15-30 mins n then subsides automaticly.

My father is 77 and suffering from stroke on right side leg and arm including brain damage due to partial block in veins. Now he is not able to walk or stand. He is restless and does not take enough food. He gets very much annoyed and shouts at everybody. Please let us know the Proper treatment and Doctors for consulting
