Brain and Spine Problems

I've been having a high blood pressure since last week. My bp is 140/100 and sometimes my back part of the head is aching. And I can't sleep in the night.

Doctor my left hand has been numb fir 5 days now. It has happened since I was in the pushup position for 1 hour. I am in the middle of my military training. I can't go to doctor in person. I can only consult the doctor through call. Fees will be paid online.

This is for my brother he is 23 years old and he will get headache that's why I need help from the surgeon he has shown to clinic but the doctor said no problem but my brother is facing same problem is I have to scan the head please help me doctor

Swelling in my feet's and hand fingers. I feel that I wants to hit my foot on the floor ! Please tell me the reason ?

Sir i am unable to write for 1 year and this happen gradually. I consult to a senior doctor namely PK Sethi in delhi and he told me that i am suffering from writers cramp and there is no cure of it. Please help me sir i am very frustrated.

Respected Sir, I have headache many times a month.Sometimes in right part of head also sometime left part above left ears.Sometimes on my forehead and sometime my back head and neck.Due to this headache I am not able to eat or drink and also concentrate on anything.Also nausea is caused.And didnt like anything around me.

My cousin gets epilepsy type seizures weekly and jerks daily. Her age is 23 and weight is 40 kg. Her memory is too week. She has this desease for 10 years. We counsulted a nuerologist and psychiatrist in same hospital one month ago. After starting the medicn, she didnt get seizures n jerks for some days but since last 8 days she started to get jerks daily in evening n got 2 seizure. she is gettng Lamotrigine12.5 twice and Panazep once at nite.she also takng ayurvdc mdcns like brahmi,ashwaga..etc

Am having frequent pain from thigh to butt unable to sit for longer period now drive or stand as well

I've been having headaches every day for around 3 years. I get around 7-8 headaches a day, which last for 30+ minutes each. Some stop me from doing daily activities whilst others don't. My doctor said this is normal and I should keep a headache diary.

Sir I have been diagnosed with MRI. And found bulge in L5-S1. I have consult a neuro surgeon, he said surgery required. This is first time pain so I am confused about that should I go for surgery or should I try medicine or another.
