Brain and Spine Problems

Whenever I use electronic gadgets in a moving vehicle, whether it is Bus, car, flight, train in just 2 mins I start getting head ache and at the same time I fell uncomfortable in my stomach. This feeling will last for 3-4 days. I am facing this problem since 10yrs. My age is 39 Male. Please advise how to come out of this problem.

I am a depression patient nd since 4 months I am taking depression medicines I am taking mirnite 15mg tablet I just want to ask can I low down the mg(7.5) by my own ?

My son has injured last 6 days & i have taken Treatment from a surgeon he ask me for ct, but my son in not comfort to do this & can we give sleeping medicine for this

I have a headache and feel etching in my head and needles in my ear.sometimes I feel pain in one part of head.My veins pain.I feel pain in my hands and feet legs etc.I feel vomit.

Earlier I was having chronic fatigue due to which I could not concentrate on work and my weaknes, fatigue would not cure with sleep so Last year I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency. Now I come to realise that it's the reason why my memory has turned weak, getting difficult to remember things, feel irritated,unable to concentrate, exhausted, In classes my brain gets confused, messed up with even simple quantitative analysis. The doctor had told me to use Vit B12 injection every month I agree intially but later on I miss the dosage.The sister/nurse just pokes the injection as if she is hammering a nail in marble wall.The place where she would inject would be painful for few days. I am a non vegetarian and going by the foods rich in vitamin B12 I eat those with pleasure-Chicken,fish, meat,liver,cheese, dairy even then Its not absorbed by my body. Is there anything on earth to solve this issue*Without injection.

Few days back,I was admitted in hospital for dengue and once giving me injection for collecting blood sample,nurse gave me injection in the right hand nerve which caused sever pain in the nerve of my fist area. After that,I regularly feel pinch type pain from nerve in my fist.The pain happens when i do some hand movements or when i touch that nerve.

Hello !! I've been having a worst headache since more then 2 weeks don't know why ?? And now vomiting also started with that !! What's going on i really don't know !! Plz tell me what happen to me ??
