I have injury in my right knee and I was cycled too much then I saw my right inguinal node is extracted so how it be normal in size

My wife is suffering from head ache since from 3 years, from last 4-5 months head ache is sever, by MRI scanning we came to know that she is having arachnoid cyst, please suggest me treatment for the same and is there any option to cure without doing surgery. symptoms are head ache at back side , sometimes when head ache is sever vomiting sensation.

I am having dizziness whenever I am changing my orientation. That is, from moving from horizontal position to vertical position and vice versa. Also, I have started to have continuous pain on my right hand side brain. Dizziness is severe and I need something to maintain balance.
