Brain and Spine Problems

I am facing with hand tremors and unable to do my daily tasks and due to this i am loosing my confidence and if i feel any kind of emotion like anxiety,happiness and in anything again my hands andd head is shivering.

I had a concussion 6 months ago, since than i'm feeling that my sensations have weakened, i barley have a sense of smell or touch. before that happened i got a strong jolt in my left leg going to the right and than the sensations were gone, same happened in other areas. happened over night. if i overstrain my self mentally i get sick, and losing focus, and feeling like i'm shutting down. what could be the cause. thank you.

As per the suggestion of neurologist blood, thyroid & brain mri & contrast test done which is normal. Neurologist said Los blood & thyroid above 60 creating water in spine & brain & and suggested MEDICINES and if problem continues it is necessary to remove water from spine

I have a bruise on the base of my skull behind my ear at the bottom of the skull. I was having difficulty speaking the other day. I have red bumps on the top of my head that hurt in my ear and jaw when i push on it only sometimes.

I take sizopin50 mg once at night n zisper plus once a day n sir i feel good in schizofrenic symptoms. but sir i have blurring of vision n i consult two opthalmologist both r saied that nothing problem in eyes so please sir i tired with blurr vision so can i take small dose gradually because i think its a side effect of both drugs n my doctor say that its not a sode effect but i read every where that blurr vision is more common side effect of above describe drugs so please sir help me i tired.

My wife is suffering from head ache since from 3 years, from last 4-5 months head ache is sever, by MRI scanning we came to know that she is having arachnoid cyst, please suggest me treatment for the same and is there any option to cure without doing surgery. symptoms are head ache at back side , sometimes when head ache is sever vomiting sensation.
