Brain and Spine Problems

I am having numbness and pain in first three fingers of both hands from more than six mouths. it's like an electric shot while touching with these fingers and thumb.

I am facing the problem of pain in left leg calf and nerves of left ankle. it seems like enlargement of veins. there is no swelleing anywhere.

I am having a throbbing pain on the left side of my hide, near scalp and the surrounding area. I am having intrusive dreams which interferes with my sleep. Yesterday night i could not sleep and for the past 12 hours or so, the pain is persisting. The pain is throbbing, generates heat. I am constantly afraid of the pain. My brain feels shrunk.

My head swing continues before 3 days.. Before 3 I walk up early morning then my head start swimming. And it's continue day and night..

My vision keeps going black for a second or two every second or two memory lapses. Wen vision goes back i feel i become unawear with my surrounding. Iv nearly been hit by cars because everything goes black. This happeneds all day everyday

I have headache on the left side and it is rotating sometimes I feel pain in left eye and left hand . what is the reason

Numbness and tingling in the fingers followed by pain and weakness in the arms. Pain and weakness increases at night.

Lately I've been randomly staring blankly it's like I'm unresponsive but I know what's going on around me, I've had this go on my whole life but lately it's been happening more and more

I've been getting these headaches all the time it's making my lose my balance. I've never had a nosebleed before and all of a sudden every hour I'm getting one. I'm tired and losing concentration because I am falling asleep. My throats has been feeling like I've been swallowing a lump or got something in my throat I can't get rid off.
