Brain and Spine Problems

I have been having a severe head ache for the past days.. I have taken so many DOLOs .but the pain remians same. I went to the nearby hospital and the doctor was saying it could be a migrane. But he was not sure. Could u help me on this.

I am 78 yr old suffering with chronic rhinitis/sinositis at present having pain on left side of brain after a short break sometimes pain in left ear also and light heavyness inhead

About an hour ago I fell and hit the back of my head. I did not lose consciousness nor have any symptoms other a headache that has since mostly subsided. The site where i head my head has a carpet burn-esque injury (a tiny bit tender to the touch-a bit damp). It just spooked me a bit to hit my head that hard and I'm looking for some peace of mind
