Am suffeeing with severe headache behind left eye and neck continueosly I have done CT and MRI scans and reports are normal but headache persists daily please tell me treatment

HELLO, TABLET PENTANERVE NT 100TWO TIMES A DAY TILL HEADACHE SUBSIDES. OR TABLET SIBELIUM 10MG ONE AT NIGHT TILL HEADACHE SUBSIDES. AVOID FLAVOURED THING SUCH AS AGARBATTI, STRONG HAIR OIL, SOAP, DEO PERFUME, CHEESE, PANEER ETC. O.K BYE.
