Sir in case of neck and spine injury who should i consult a neurologist or a neurosurgeon . I am totally confused about this

You should consult either a spine surgeon or a neurosurgeon. Neurologist is also capable to diagnose but cant help you or be decisive in surgical intervention if needed.
