Pain backside ear and neck portion

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I had pulsating pain bacside of ear , doctor asked for mri , 1) There is evidence of multiple dilated tortuous serpentine vascular channels in extra location of occipital region 2) Bilateral maxillary sinusitis Next day when i visited to collect report , they also performed ultrasound on neck-brain portion , & informed the veins NO Blocked
