Brain and Spine Problems

I am having a tingling sensation on my head and tingling + pain from left elbow to my palm and even in ears. Is it a symptom of stroke or any other cause and how can i cure it at home itself?

I m having pain in my hand 4th and 5th finger till my elbow and on my leg on 4th and 5th finger.i have visited a neurologist and he advised me mri of spine .my report shows " mr features of l.s spine reveal early loss if hydration of disk between l4-5& l5-s1 with posterolateral focal annular tear at l4-5,broad base disk herniation at l4-5 & ls-s1 compression the theca and bilateral nerve root impingement with foramina encroachment.t2 sagittal screening of whole spine as detailed". Please help me what to do now

Shivering in fingers, sometimes Numbness in legs, early tiredness, Losing weight too becoming thin within month.

Dear sir/ madam, I am a female, about 29 years old. I am suffering from extreme lower back ache since long time, went to different doctors but with no result. On august 2017, I have been diagnosed with bulging disc issues after going through MRI scan. But I was suggested with some steroids and pain killers along with some advices not to bend, not to carry any load etc. My pain subsided for the time being. I followed the suggestions on a daily basis. But since last 12 days, again the pain relapsed and now again I can't move a bit. Pains like hell. I am married since 2016, with no issue till now. Hello doctor , I have having headache from last 1 year .this headache is continuous like clock(24*7) .even I sleep ,in sleep also head is paining .the head pain is not at particular side of head .it pains all around .I have done brain MRI .the reports are normal .I have noticed that in July 2018 I noticed spots on my hands at that time only head pains started .the spots some and go .some times spots come on legs . Please advice ..I am looking for solution

My moterinla got partial paralysis earlier and having vision problem. Know in MRI scan some abnormality observed on brain images please explain on this and suggest some should I consult and what treatment I have go for.
