Brain and Spine Problems

Sir/mam, i feel from a tree one year back. I had some pain at that time. I am a medical coder. When I use to work for long hours i am getting back pain, i am not sitting for so much time in the same seat. But still sometimes it is paining. Recently i had am mri scan. I went to a govt hospital(ortho) they said there is no prblm. U dont need operation just be safe like that. Here i am attaching my mri report can u pls check and say.. what to do? What precautions should I take? Is there any medication? Etc... Thank you.

I am having pain above left ear ( head , skull lower ridge ) along with slight pain in left back shoulder blade , I was under medication ( amitone 10 mg 1/2 tab at night , lanol 650 er night , and ME 12 OD for day 10 days ,) I felt good during and after 2 days medication and but now medication dosage is over and the pain has started again , what could be possible reason for this pain ?

Hello.. my problem is that when i wake up in the morning i dont feel fresh . i am always tired and in fatigue . Also there is mild heaviness in head and eyes. Apart from that i am lacking confidence and in sometimes in confusion and cant take decisions quickly. I always feel sleepy and mentally exhausted.. .
