Brain and Spine Problems

Felt, numbness , tightness, perkling , burning sensation at center back bone, hands. Slight dizziness when try to get up from bed. Tightness developed at fore head while on bed at particular position. Raise hand above the head gives numbness, while walk on inclined plane gives center back tightness and numbness . Kiny explain what us the problem , i am going through in here

It has been nearly 2 months I'm having shoulder pain which radiates to neck and scalp (pricking pain ) I have gone to ortho doctor he prescribed me physiotherapy and muscle relaxant tablet and also I have vit d deficiency so for that also took tablet for 2 months. My x-ray is pretty normal. I used to work in a computer but now I have not to work much took rest too but still pain isn't going doctor told me I have muscle spasm. If I work or do some household activities pain will be there ( pricking and stabbing pain sometime burning ) so I have stop to work doing some light  exercise. Pain starts from neck and radiates through scalp, finger, right hand. Please help should I consult some neurologist or what? It is affecting my daily work .help!

Suffering from headache, some times get vry hardly and get hands legs get pains,what I have t do please tell me

Hlw i feel mild headache all time. Irritation and simce two weeks when some one speaks i feel suddenly air pressure type and face and eyes looks like i am weaping. Since 5 months i feels that i jave no hope i camt do anything and over sensitive. Somw times leg pain tingling in body and high heart beat.. Is this neuro problem amd what to do

For couple of days I am feeling dizziness when I suddenly move my head or getting bend down suddenly or get up quickly and when I see an object in motion I am extremely worried about it Please provide a solution My bp is normal and my food habit is pretty much normal and water intake is almost 3.5L I don't smoke

My mother suffered with brain hemorrhage on Nov 5th , she is recovered now & doctor (Kishore Kumar Shetty) has recommended us to continue taking above mentioned medicines for next 3 months & then ask to come for follow up . Physio therapy is going on , she eats well , her motion is also very well. She never had bp or diabetes. Her brain angiography report shows normal. Her bp is 129/80 ( today checked). But sometimes she feel dizziness ( chakkar aana ) . When she lie down & wants to seat ( for which I give support) she starts feeling dizziness (chakkar) & now even if she seats she feels like dizziness. I want to know is there anything to worry about? & What we can do to stop this. Kindly guide.

In 2005, I met an accident in that frontal bone got broken. Because of that there is a mark left i. My skull. I want to get it reshaped so it can be smooth like earlier. Is there any suggestion for surgery, risk and cost involved in it. Thanks and Regards, Hemant V

My sister got seizures for around 5 years. Last year we consult a doctor and he suggested the Lavera 500 and Neurofit 400. I want to know is this okay to take this Medicine in regular basis as suggested and is there any chance that she is going to recover. because she is not doing very well. Sometimes her body jerking at the sleep and its like the attacks on sleep. Please help.
