  4. Extensive pain in right leg, cant move.

Extensive pain in right leg, cant move.
Extreme pain in left leg espcecially the area between leg to buttock and its joint. Patient cant even move. Heavy neurological pain. He feels bit ok if sleeps on the right side. MRI done and report shared. Please suggest what to do.
