Brain and Spine Problems

For couple of days I am feeling dizziness when I suddenly move my head or getting bend down suddenly or get up quickly and when I see a moving object What is the reason?please give a solution I am really worried about it Is this a serious or a life threatening issue? My bp,and water intake is normal

Hi Sir/Mam, I got convulsion post cesarean within 4 days and from then I am on Levipil 500mg twice a day. I never had pre eclampsia or high BP before delivery. It has been 6 months of taking levipil and I can feel that I am into depression. I feel like crying hard and then very next moment everything looks good. I do get suicidal thoughts at times. People around me feel that my behaviour is bipolar. Now my MD has started reducing the dosage of levipil and I am having severe headache after that. Please let me know what is wrong with me ? I went to depression due to levipil as its side effect or is it just hormonal changes after delivery ?? Please advise me what to do next ?

I feel tightness at the back of the head, exactly where the spinal cord ends and the medulla oblongata starts. This usually happens during the night time. Also I feel a bit dizzy at times. There are red bruises in different parts of the body. I am worried.

My MRI report says : postero Central disc bulge at L5-S1 level indenting the anterior thecal sac causing compromise of bilateral lateral recesses , neural foramina and abducting the bilateral S1 nerve roots. Kindly tell me the severity of my problem.
