Simply feeling over chillness???

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I am Simply feeling over chillness in cold weather and in AC. Ears become too chill in AC which triggers headache. Complaint is there for 3yrs. MRI Brain - normal CT PNS - normal Thyroid test - normal Question: How can this be cured permanently? Who can help???

Main thing is u need to avoid triggering agent. Usually migrainous headaches have triggering factors. Try to do yoga /relaxation exercises. Take once neurologist opinion.
