I'm from Bangladesh. Here doctors found problems in the disk from C4 to C7
Now major problems are feeling weak, lack of energy at hand and leg.

Usually mild disc problem does not cause such problems.check once ur vit d and vit b12, Thyroid profile levels.
Daily yoga or other recreative manievures will help. Be positive.No neck exercises as of now. Get opinion with near by neurologist.
