Brain and Spine Problems

My grandmother fell down before 3 days. Doctor asked to go for CT Scan. Wanted to consult with you regarding the reports.

Can I take Neurobion Forte tablet empty stomach in the morning? Or Can I take the tablet after milk?

I don't know what happen to me, since last week I'm finding difficulty in sleeping , max 2 hrs I sleep in full 24hrs

I forget my works and i forgot the thing someone told me,it hamper my business and my personal life.

I feel heaviness in my head ans also tired eyes all the times of the day and sometimes i feel tingling sensations and heat in my head due to which i feel numb feeling for while Which  specialist doctor i should look  for ???

Always headech and Neck, Chest, and back are pain.. And i am not concentrate all time.. Weight is not gain always loss.

Frequently headache. Sometimes head spinning. Nothing observed in brain MRI, nothing observed in ENT test . Blood sugar Normal.. B12 good . Had vertine medicine for 10 days to fix head spinning.. still sometimes getting the same issue.. One doctor suggested " Betacap TR 20"..what can I do to fix this permanently.. having this issue from last 20 days.. Plz help..

She is 80 yr old. She is having trouble in walking. She is not able to lift her leg high enough to walk. She is having trouble in talking. She is not able to say a word properly. She cannot eat and drink as she is having difficulty in swallowing. Are there any homeopathy cure for it? If no then any other cure?
