Brain and Spine Problems

I see my wife facing neck pain and we see some swelling also happened and she also says some pain in right side inside head ,6 months back she and similar issue and we went for MRI scan and nothing has come out in that diagnosis. Not sure what could be the probelm,again she is facing same issue.can anyone help?

My hands are shivering lot nowadays. I'm having this problem for more than a year. I thought it will reduce gradually but it's not.

Suffering from PHN since 2013. Any advise.....tried all medicines but no use. I am on Lyrica 150 mg since 2013. It's from mid back till stomach

EMG NCV tests suggests L5 S1 radiculopathies; Left > Right. MRI lower back pain radiating to left lower limb.

Pain in the wrist n shoulder. Numbness in hand and pain in Palm. Right hand has high pain compare to 5% pain in left. Slight Swelling is also noticed in right hand. Pain is non bearable.

Her brain MRI says the following : 1. Lacunes in bi-lateral fronto-parietal subcortical and deep white matter. 2. Bilateral periventricular ischemic changes. 3. Cerebral Atrophy She is being treated for Vertigo since 2 days. But she again got a bout of giddiness. Her symptoms are: Giddiness, pins and needles in finger tips followed by headache and chills in body. She feels very tired after this. I would like to know if this will pass with medication she's having or she needs to see any other specialist ?

Admitted for 5 days . Cannula was inserted. So after few days of discharge the vein got hard . Applied ice cubes but still the hardening of vein has no relief. There's no pain. Pls advise what should be done.

20 days...I took it for 3 days and all the 3 days am feeling very weak and fainting sensation.. and stilling the tingling sensation is there... Kindly suggest the reason for it..... Ortho doctor it seems to be vitamin deficiency... i completed on course of vitamin tablets also.... I have gastritis problem... Doctor asked to check vitamin B12 .. The lab result shows 268... Is is normal.. or i need to take supplements
