Brain and Spine Problems

My father fell down on his left side on 6th November 2018. As per his description, he didn't lose his consciousness. He remembers feeling his left foot is stuck and he can't pull it forward and then he fell on his left side and had small laceration on left temple ( 2 stitches) and bruised left cheek. He also remembers that his hand failed to support his fall as a result his right, first two knuckles, were bruised and left knee and left shoulder also got bruised. Bruises are recovered and as good as new. This was very first time he ever faced this. Recently, upon a neurologist's advice, he got a CT scan done. During his inspection, he didn't find any abnormality but still prescribed a CT scan. I have attached the result page of the scan. My father is 70 ( around 56-60kg) and he is on hypertension medication for past several years. Since, I am in Bangalore and he is in Lucknow, I couldn't wait to get answers pertaining to the CT scan report. Kindly described me the report in simple term

I am getting periodcally headche and some fear fellings in body. My doctor advised medicine d venizep 50 for shaking fear fellings of body.is venizep 50 is safe to use pls suggest me.

Hla blood was tested MRI was taken x ray was taken... Finally it's found that uric acid level has been increased with 8.8.. Used medicines like etozox 90, acemiz plus, chymorol forte, a to z ns, feburic 40 mg but still pain does not come down.. I feel relaxed for sometime when I take medicine but again it starts... Please suggest the diet and doctor for consultation am with pain from last two months

I had local anesthesia because of dental problems now i feel like facial palsy i can take diazepam now

I have been diagonsed with b12 deficency befre when i felt diziness and doctor givn me medications fr d same but my diziness and cognitive impairbility didnt go and after sometimes when i consult another doctor for the same , i felt muscle cramps on my left face and my left jaw area got swollen and after that i stopped taking injections and medications fr b12 ..after consulting same doctor again he suggestedd that i have tmj problem and given me a antidepressant.. But my anxiety has increased and i checked my bp sometimes it came in to the range of 135/90 and sometimes 136/100 I am feeling restless ..should i see a neurologist? Can tmj cause xtreme anxiety?

Very heavy pain in head ... RBX sugar level is normal BP = systolic-90 to 100 and diastolic- 130 to 140

I sometimes experience tightness at the back of my head, on the muscles it becomes tight what could it be

I'm suffering from vertigo and dizziness from past 5-6 months. One day I was standing near a lift in my office and suddenly felt like the earth is shaking under feet, since then whenever I go there I used to feel like I'm falling down. So I avoid that place but later it got worse subsequently and I started to feel dizzy and giddiness whenever I walk or sometimes when I close eyes and sleeping. That feeling has developed more (and it happens only in office )and there are few places where if I go I feel like I'm about to fall. My main concerns are, 1. I feel dizzy and something's vibrating in my head along with neck pain and coming out of eyes(happens in home also).2. whenever I go to few places (only in office and never encountered that in other places) like washroom or cafeteria I feel like I'm falling down. What I've observed is during that time, if I move a bit or hold anything that's moving I feeling I'm moving and about to fall and suddenly my anxiety shoots up.Heart palpitations.

How much VitB12 max per day can I take? My dr. Prescribed me pregabolin with methylcobalmin tabs.75.Also I m taking DiavitPlus. Can I take both ?
