Brain and Spine Problems

When i run my hands through hairs it pains a lot.. specially in the crown area.. suffering from hair fall also. a dermat dr. asked me to consult a neurologist for this.. pls suggest if i need to go through some tests or is it a common issue.. what can bedone to resolve it.

Feeling Headache tinching and creating pressure type. Also feeling imbalance or dizziness while walking since 13 days. Consulted E&T as well as Orthopaedic but no improvement. They diagnosed Vestibular neuritis. But no improvement with medicines. X ray report showed no cervical in spines. vertigo tablets showing no effects. Please suggest whether I should consult a neurologist ?
