Brain and Spine Problems

My left temporal region was compressed by tight glasses which I wore for around 2 months. I feel tightness in Temple region, my left eye is tensed and feel pain behind the eye. I'm facing lack of concentration, mild photophobia. I have visited many doctors,tried many alternative therapies. What kind of treatment would be best to relieve tension in Temple region? What kind of treatment a good neurologist suggest in such case? I'm attaching a photo with glasses that caused the problem. Check left side above ears temple region.

Hello Sir, I am 32 years old. From 6/7 days I am feeling dizzy and getting headache. I have checked in Colombia hospital and done test like blood sugar, BP, MRI, B12.. all are normal. As per them it is vertigo. I am taking the medicine as well for the same. But still getting the same problem. Could you please help me on that.

Recent MRI Scans shows that my mother has Arnold chiari malformation type 1 and presence of syrinx at D2 Spinal canal...my question is whether treatment for this is only surgery or any other options available without going for surgery?

I was diagnosed with disc slip with steniosis canal spacing 4 to 7mm. It's been month I am on bed rest and taken 13 days therapy. My pain has almost settled but when I walk for long like for 10 mins than I start feeling numbness in my left leg and it increases untill I rest. Can this go away with physio therapy?
