Brain and Spine Problems

I was diagnosed with episodic migraine 5 years back. From then on I visited many specialist neurologists. Eg: Jayadip Chaudhari Yashoda hospitals Mostly the drugs were sibelium,inderol,naxdom and tayo60k. I am attaching the prescriptions. Also attaching the brain CT scan report. Every time I use the medicines my frequency is coming down to 2-3 per month during the time I am in course. Post that without medicine it is 8-9 per month. I tried changing lifestyle, adjusted to all precautions but still no result.my stress levels are also not high. MY PLIGHT IS HOW LONG SHOULD I USE IT? IS THERE A PERMANENT CURE FOR MY MIGRAINE, IN ALLOPATHY? CAN SOME DOCTOR PLEASE HELP

I've been not able to concentrate on anything for a long time. I am 21 now. It all started when I was about 14 years old. It was hard to study in school and remembering things was really tough. It's funny because I was always the top ranker and suddenly couldn't pay attention on anything. It started to frustrate me and eventually after a year or so I started to have anxieties and fell into depression. I got into precious college and things only got worse. Since we had a lot of work to do every day and I not being able to submit works on time, I had to repeat a year of college. Later I was diagnosed with depression at 19 and got treated. I had an mild injury 10 years ago on my head , after ct scanning nothing found . But sometimes I feel mild pin on my head , the pain is not affecting my daily life but when it happen i feel uneasy. Till now no vomiting noticed . Is it ok ? Plz guide me

My Wife 30 years old is having balancing problem like often struggle to walk, and unknowingly falling , walk is very slow and unstable, difficulty in writhing something, reaction time is long.
