Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering through headache and back pain daily . M taking necromancy 500 mg by it is not that effective and shoulder pain is severe .

Frequent twitching and twiking in left lower eyelid and near left side of lower lip happen throughout the day. It is not painful but very irritating. While I sleep or lye on the bed it stops. This is happening since last few weeks now. Pl suggest how to cure this with some proper prescription or medication?

My wife's face gets drooped involuntarily sometimes- her eyes gets closed, tears comes out of eyes, mouth appear to be stretched to one side. This goes away after a minute or two. This usually happens when she has worked long hours on a computer. What does these symptoms indicate? Should we be worried?

Hi,after suffering from trembling and numbness doctor prescribed me pregeb 75(pregabalin) after nurological xam, and prescribed  some test(suger,thyroid,cbc, vitamin B12) .after test my vitamin B12 result was 290 . Others are ok.still doctor give vitamin B12 with pregabalin( mcob pg).i started taken the medicine day before yesterday.but from yesterday feeling weekness.in my arms and legs.is that trembling happened due to the vitamin ?and the weekness feeling is normal?

Hi Doctor My grandmother fell down few days ago due to drowsiness. We went to nearest hospital and doctor suggested to take MRI. And showed the result. He told the she has some white substance in the head. And it should be operated. Attached MRI report. Need some opinions. What the actual issue.

Having pain in leg carb for last 2 weeks. What should I do. 2 weeks before my leg nerve got pulled while I was sleeping at night.

Hi Doctor, my uncle was diagnosed with tubercular hydrocephalus. He had the symptoms of paraplegia, headache, among others. He had to undergo a VP shunting two months after which it had to be revised. Recent CSF report has however come normal. He is now able to walk too. He has a male cath fitted. Doctor has changed the dosage to AKT3. What is his chance of recovery?

Hi Doctor, My uncle has undergone shunting due to TB Hydrocephalus. But his shunt had to be revised just after two months. Does it happen? Or would he have to keep undergoing shunt revision every 2-3 months? Please help me.
