Brain and Spine Problems

My father opening eyes,started hearing ,moving hands and legs but not answering to commands after 1 mnth of stroke ,then is that mean he is in vegetative state

1 I am having chest pain and seems like Acute Acidity regularly. 2. Getting symptoms like dizziness and spinning of head. Feel like loosing body balance. This happening for more than a year. 3. My Alcohol intake was very high earlier but After i  stopped it very recently but still the dizziness persists. 4. I get head spinining while walking, Driving or even being static. 5. I feel dizziness while climbing down stair cases. 6. I dont do any kind of exercises. 7. Mostly of the times i work from home. I just want to ask is there possibility that positional vertigo can be caused due to indigestion acidity and gastric problem? I have been facing this issue since last 1 year. I feel indigestion and vertigo are both interrelated. Please guide me and help me clear my doubt.

Can Trigeminal Neuralgia affect the front side of neck as well? Almost all symptoms match(especially sharp pain lasting for few minutes) but I can't any information regarding this. If it isn't trigeminal neuralgia then what can it possibly be?

Migraine-Vaso constriction or dilation? Is migraine headache because of vaso constriction or vaso dilation?? If its the case, does it mean the blood vessel in the brain is damaged???

Shooting pain at back of my head started post viral fever. Currently having Combiflam and antibiotics. Had such pain few years back also. What type of doctor should I see and what tests should done?

I had a spinal cord injury. x ray says "post traumatic partial collapse of D12 & L1. physiotherapy was done for 15 days and as physiotherapist rest and excerise was suggested. but still I am facing severe pain in my my lower waist and puke whenever any fast food is eaten (even in very small qty) Now is this gasterology problem or neuro issue. Pain is not stoping Also my foot is always cold

Hi i have problem of headache mostly back side and same time neckache and backache and eye ache as well. I did MRI 3 years ago for the same and it was good. No sign in MRI. Doctors were not sure if its Sinus or Migraines or anything else. This happens once in a week. And it takes 1 or 2 days to recover. I take Stopache. Pl advise.

I have pain near piriformis muscle. Looks like some bulging. Is it related to nerve or muscle. I have lower back pain and pain from hip to leg. Is it due to sitting long hours. Any treatment exists for this. I took muscle relaxants given by doctor. Pain reduced but problem didn't solve.

I am unable to work for a long time. And after a long time of working my brain feels to be empty and very light in weight. when I tried to take a sleep then I am unable to take a deep sleep and a while trying to sleep I have a vibration like feeling in my whole body including head, thus I am unable to go for good sleep. When I press the back side of my head slightly then it feels quiet relaxable and slight pain full kindly suggest me any diagnostic or medication all type of physician whom to consult.

My sister is getting headaches on a weekly basis for which she takes Saridon and it subsides. But this time her headache lasted for two days..Saridon did not work this time even though she took 2-3 (in two days). She had to take Sumo (recommended by a friend) which worked somewhat. But she's still having mild headache. Please advise: 1. Is she having migraine attacks? 2. What medicine should she use for immediate relief? 3. What kind of Doctor she should consult?
