60 yrs,male,diabetic  diagnosed with normal pressure hydrocephalus with arachnoid cysts.no history of involuntary micturition.is vp shunt req?are there any conservative treatment other than VP shunt

Please consult a Neurosurgeon. He is best to advice. Hydrocephalus in presence of diabetes in 60 yrs is a life threatening condition. Please do not ignore
