Lumbar spondylosis with degenerative disc disease.disc dessication with annular disc bulge causing thecal sac indentation and mild bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing at L5-S1.posterior annular tear.altered marrow signal intensity with subarticular erosion in left sarcoiliac joint.patchy marrow enhancement on 1.5 contrast administration.No associated soft tissue-suggestive of sacroilities.please correlate with HLA-B27.

Mild low back pain from 7 month. i am visited 4 nos of orthpedic doctor i have done xray for lumber spondolytis and also hla b27 both are result normal. Should i go ahead for mri or what another thing when i sleeping there is no pain when i am long time sitting or standing that time i feel discomfort like my muscle strain.

Experiencing heavy head and fever like head.Sometimes feel like losing awareness.Diagnosed with low b12 and taking injections.MRI and CT scan was done an year ago was normal.Should MRI be done again.What course of action can be followed.

Hello sir, I have been having lower back pain since last 6 months. Now, I have constant neck pain as well. From past 2 years I have not gained any weight. I am getting thinner and thinner. Could this be spinal cancer? I never had cigarettes or any other drug use n my life. I also feel weaker than before. Is it something to really about or I am overthinking?

I'm 30 yrs old and I recently feeling this tingling and numbness in hands and feet especially while sleeping and after consuming alcohol ocassionally or smoking. I don't have a family history of neurological problems nor diabetics. Along with this I feel I have little digestive issue and depression and fatigue at times.My sugar levels are perfectly fine. I have been asked to take vitamins b12 tablets for 2 months. Please suggest what is this problem due to and will it be cured in 2 months or should I continue to take b12 for life long. Thank you

I am feeling drowsy. I had small injury on my head on left side of forehead, three months back. I was stable then and no loss of consciousness or Vomittings. Today feel small sense of numbness in left side of face. Is this related to that injury or any other problem? Please suggest. I also feel tensed for small health issues
