He has pain in neck. attached is MRI report of neck area.Please guide me what is problem and what is treatment possible plz

As per mri report s/o cervical spondylitic changes with disc and nerve root compression. Need to see  patient by neurologist. Use soft cervical collar till that time (avoid collar during sleep ),no neck exercises.
