Brain and Spine Problems

Headache in half part of head with swelling in left side of face and neck. Having breathing problem.

Musk antibody values 0.02. Is it positive or negative. ACHR 0.05 I want to know are my reports normal or abnormal

I feel my nerves had become weak and my fingers are shivering, and especially my Right thumb is automatically moving towards my forefinger without my control. Like I am using my thumb to scroll on the mobile screen but suddenly my thumb gets pulled somewhere else and i click on something else. Also, sometimes my left hand behaves in the same manner like my right thumb. Could anyone please help me on this.

I started forgetting things so quickly now and can't learn the things so easily as I was before. Please let me know the issue

Foot burning throughout the day. I am a diabetic patient. But it is under control. Both legs bottom and superficial up to knee. Due to this sometimes no sleep in the night. Pl suggest anybody to get out the problem

I feel slight cramp in my hand while writing... My hand does not move smoothly and freely and I have to put extra effort for writing... Handwriting also becomes dirty..

I have frequent headaches..mainly induced due to stress or not sleeping for 8 hrs daily..i have little acidity problem..not that much..i cant bear the pain without having Voberan sr 100..i want to know if this is normal headache or migraine.if its migraine can it be treated ??

I was  Working out yesterday, suddenly I felt this numbness on my left  thumb while I was squatting. I thought it will subside in some time but to my surprise, it didn't stop there and numbness reached till my elbow I got so scared I tried shaking my hand took a pause nothing worked, I don't know what is happening to me I need immediate help in this

I am observing tremors in left arm only whyile playing games, holding plate in buffet etc. But no tremours in any other body part and no tremours during rest. Adirionally I feel slight heaviness in left hand tricep during tremors. It is happening from about a month. I am not experiencing any other observable condition.

My mother is suffering from neurological disorder.. She is having problem with her speech.. She can't even walk properly... She looses her balance while walking... She has become very emotional that she gets tears in her eyes when saying something.. The doctor also performed brain MRI and bone MRI..he is saying there is no such major problem with her brain... I really don't understand what's the problem with her.. If anybody can help me with this.. TIA..
