I have problem of craniofacial hyperhidrosis (excessive facial sweating) especially when visiting outside as I can't tolerate the heat outside and start sweating excessively in daily life, it ruins my social life . So what are the medical test required to diagnose root cause of the problem ...also my vitamin d is 6.09 mg/ml and b12 is 165 pg/ml and thyroid is ok . So how to overcome from this problem

I do gym..but i start to get severe headache after 2-3 hours...you can call it "brain fog"...during those hours i can't think or do any mental activity clearly...there is a lot of mental confusion/fatigue... i do take protein regularly but it doesn't work...i am taking "betacap plus 5" under prescription for my headache..so it cures my headache but on the other side it gives me stomach issues(gas,bloating,diarrhea).second thing is that i am also having "muscular pain" because of doing gym exercises..my body has muscle soreness and it hurts alot... i am having these issues for last 6 years since i had started doing gym...i am taking vitamins and mineral supplements..but still i have mental fog...i have started to take "quogress" capsule but i don't think that is working in my case... if any doctor/specialist has any solution of my case then kindly suggest here.

My father got brain stroke (blood clot on the right side) 5 months back and his left leg, hand & speech got affected. He's recovering now and there's improvement fo r leg and hand. But on his speech, for few days it looks improving and suddenly it goes bad for few days. Is there any speech therapy which can help him to improve the speech. Please suggest

I am attaching the MRI report below, this is not my report this is my nani's report today at 6 am or something she had a stroke and the left side of the body qqs not responding. We rushed to the hospital where the doctor got the MRI done and these are the reports. Please help me what to do and how to deal with it and is it a really critical position she is in?
