Brain and Spine Problems

I have a mild disc bulges on L4-5 L5-S1 levels causing indeataion on anterior epidural fat.no nurve root compression And I have a mild disc bulges are seen at C4-5 and C5-6 levels are causing indentation on thecal sac no spinal cord compression My doctor told me this is not a problem..he just told me to do physical exercise is enough for this problem can u help me in this?

I am having pain in neck since last one month. I can't move my neck towards right side. Can move little bit but not fully.

Hi i am suffering from spinal steonosis. i have done with MRI. last 25 days i taking physotherapy first my can raise 20 degree and now 130 degree up but when i stand 10 minutes pain appear in my left leg and when i sit and leg staringht pain appear in my lower back and calf.. i am doing lower vack exercisw 2 times daily but please tell what can i do for proper treatment and cure from this problem please help...

Hi.. I have lower back pain and in the same have a leg pain and burning sensation on my feet..for that I done a MRI in that MRI report was normal..my question is why iam feeling burning sensation..I don't have a diabetic also? I attached my MRI Report also.

Met with accident yesterday. Head injury led to 6 stitches being done. Neck and hand were immovable however sensation was there. Admitted in hospital,on traction. But resources are limited due to being an undeveloped town. CT Scan impression: Multiple fractures involving bilateral pedicles of vertebra with facet joints dislocation,right pedicle and left lamina of C3 vertebra,bilateral lamina of C4 vertebra. Sensation is there in all parts of body. Please urgently advise.
