Brain and Spine Problems

I have high prolactin which is 470 when normal levels for men in between 8-16. My testosterone is 1.41 which is low Now what should I do? 1) Is this required surgery? Or medicine can handle it? 2) If medicine, then how many days it takes to do everything normal?

After CT scan came to know there is blood clot in head. Doc prescribed medication but after that there is weekness and more headaches. Before starting the medicines it was not severe but now headaches have increased and feel lethargic. Wants to know if the medicines given are good to continue and if it is right.

Good afternoon doctor. I'm having pain on top of my head. This happens when I move my head down and when I concentrate on to something. As a result I have sinus pain as well. I checked my BP last week. It was normal. 120/80. I have no other symptoms like nausea or dizziness. The pain increases when I bend my head down and reduces when my head is upright. Is it serious ? It started yesterday. During night or while lying there is no pain.

My brother is behaving odd. He is running to balcony saying that someone is following him and in reality no one is there. We cant see anyone there who is trying to follow him. What is happening? I am shivering. Please tell me the reason for it.

Hi, As mother is diagnosed for Sugar, BP, Thyroid, Neuro issues and taking medicines as well. She had gone with Minor Operation on her left hand as well. Kindly suggest if there is any pain on right hand as well, can she go for operation again . Thanks

I am having nervous problem from childhood. I think it is genetic problem as my dad also having nervous issue. If there is any small accident or fight i am getting more nervousness and cannot even stand there. I m unable to take any presentation due to this. If I do any action using my left hand it is shaking like anything(Even taking coffee cup). I am having more stress and anxiety problem. What is the issue for me? Is it curable?
