Brain and Spine Problems

Sir,my right leg is unconscious (suun) upper portion of leg at the time when l sleep straight,if position change leg became normal,some time back pain.MD doctor suggest me Tb buri kind . Please suggest me proper medicine ,test and exercise if require.

Sir, recently I had cold from the past 10days  and low fever . I have used citrazen tablets and clarinova 250 antibiotic for 3days as per the doctor' suggestion. Now it got cured completely. But I could sense some kind of small swelling at the back of head and centre of head with no pain, no headache nothing.But I am worried. Do I have to undergo some scan or not needed?

I have diagnosed with multiple lumbar  ligamnetum Flavum and couple of disc bulges in lumbar region. I am facing extreme lower back pain with bowel, bladder and Ed. My age is 30, so I just wanted to know only surgery is the option to cure this completely?

My blood report states I have vitamins b12 >83 pg/ml and vitamins D 10.4 ng/ml. Doctor prescribed me Rejunex injection for 7 days and it's been 5 days completed. I have walking imbalance still can you please suggest me how many days will take me to be normal walking

Iam suffering from migrain headache from past 3years...I had fed off...pls suggest me what to do for overcoming from this migrain headache...

Hi my mother is suffering from a problem since two years. She yawn too much and she feels tired all the time , she is not even able to do household chores like cooking , cleaning as she lost all her interest in any activity. She feels sleepy all the time. This problem is not continuous but occurred Evey two months , for two months she becomes fully active and for next two she becomes fully tired. I can't see her in this condition. We had all tests done like BP , sugar, vitamins, brain MRI but everything came as normal . She is only taking blood pressure tablet. She said I don't have any tension as people say that she is taking tension of small small things but as per her she is not. Sometime she starts crying as well. In general whenever someone has any decease it's impact always increase over the time or it should decrease but here we are not taking any medicine as we don't know what is the reason but if there is some decease why it is showing its impact alternative of two months.

Wife suffering from lower back pain X ray also done nothing unusual. MRI also done report attached . Kindly give advice what to do medicine not effective all medicine like vitamin calcium B12 taken for long time what to do.

Nerve pain in multiple areas in different times It's like some times pain on hand some times on leg and some times on joints and some times on fingers . And its not heavy all the time but when it's gets heavy pain i take pain killer and pain will be gone . Help me out with this problem.
