Brain and Spine Problems

I usually feel pain in headache, sometimes it is one side from head to eye and sometimes it occurs whole. And iam feeling dizziness all the day sometimes, and mainly in the mornings. And I suffering with neck pain also. Please advise me that what is this pain.

I am feeling serve headache for last 10 days and feeling sleepy all time earlier I was taking pregablin m 75 from last one month now I have left the tablet

Right Now i am Taking Valprol CR 500 from last one month.Earlier i have seizures disorder.for that time my doctor stopped my medicine after long medicine course. But after 5 year of seizure free period.i got seizure last month. Now i am taking again valprol cr 500 continously morning and night..but Now problem is that i am feeling dizziness, mood swing, depression and weekness in all body..kindly suggest
