My left cheek feels heavy and sometime numb, I am diabetic and take medication since 4 months, I also take folvite and nervigen plus tablets.IS there something to worry about

My son name.is vihas and he is four years old.he still able to speak two letter words only.he can't answer to our question.he has mild autism.can we go for ayurvedic treatment for this

My mother has severe Migraine for years.. She is taking Tryptomer and Betacap 10 mg .. Can she also take Headset and when it is to be taken ? To rule out any other cause of headaches we are planning to get the MRI done for brain please suggest if it is to be with contrast or without contrast ? Thanks

Hi All, My wife suffered an accident a week ago as she had slipped and hit her head. She had a mild headache and nothing else on the day of the injury. After a week's time she has been complaining about repeated headaches and pain.. she had vomitting sensations a couple of times and did vomit once couple of days after the injury. I'm about to get a CT scan tomorrow for her.. Any other inputs which I could get from you'll and what kind of a specialist do I need to consult,

I am suffering from a very strange problem. It started 2 months back, suddenly one day i got some pain in my stomach along with bloating and extreme burning sensation in whole body along with dizziness and increased heart beats. I thought it was gas and took some home remedies for gas. After 1 hour the issue reduced and went to sleep. Since the very next morning i have been facing inconsistent stools along with stomach bloating and heaviness. Also i am facing weakness, heaviness in eyes and dizziness and sometimes burning sensation in body. I have also lost 6 kg weight in last 3 months. I have visited many doctors, some say it is anxiety others say stomach infection. I have taken some medication also but no major relief. I have also done many tests like CBC, LFT, KFT, ECG, TSH, B12, Vit D etc all are normal. Please suggest what could be the problem? Is it related to nerves or digestive system or some other and which specialist should i consult.

Last 25 days left hand pain ,for that contacted CMH and checked by heart ,after checking no problem ,it may be neuro or Ortho , recently one side very cold sometime and release after physician consulted ,he said these are all stress related problem ,he has given b12 injection but still it is not clear ,what to do

Lumbar spondylosis with degenerative disc disease.disc dessication with annular disc bulge causing thecal sac indentation and mild bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing at L5-S1.posterior annular tear.altered marrow signal intensity with subarticular erosion in left sarcoiliac joint.patchy marrow enhancement on 1.5 contrast administration.No associated soft tissue-suggestive of sacroilities.please correlate with HLA-B27.
