Intervertebral disc bulge noted at L4-L5
Visualized vertebrae are normal in size, shape, alignment & vertebrae with normal signul intensity. No end plate changes noted. Posterior elements intact. Intervertebral disc bulge noted at L4-L5 level causing bilateral neural foraminal narrowing and kinking over exiting nerve root. Rest of the intervertebral discs unremarkable. Focet joints normal No ligamentum flavum thickening noted. The lower dorsai cord, cord termination & conus medullaris gre normal EUST Prevertebral & paravertebral soft tissue are normal. Hip joints appears normal. Both 5t joint normal in configuration & signal intensity. IMPRESSION: OSTIC > Intervertebral disc bulge noted at L4-L5 level causing bilateral neural foraminal narrowing and kinking over exiting nerve root.
