L4 L5 Disc Bulge
Sir , i have back pain due to my wrong sitting position in low height sofa and secondly i fell down from a Swing ( Jhoola ) (Unjal ) .Once i was not able to raise my legs straight and bend my head to look ground. .immediately i feel big pain.I took MRI LS and found L4 L5 disc bulge.now after physio and strech exercise i can raise my legs and bend my head. But even though i feel pain in my back when i drive , sitting in chair , sitting like indian toilet position , sitting in folded legs in floor and while changing my position during sleeping .Pls advise can i able to come back like normal person.My fate is , that im afraiding to lift my child bcoz of this problm.

Hello...... That disc bulge will be there .. bulged disc  cannot  be relocated by any means.... If you rest for some days you can avoid bulged disc pressing  nerve root there by reduce symptoms....  If the prolapse is mild doctor  will advice you physiotherapy, if it doesn't  work and pain in severe surgery  is the final option... Get an MRI  scan and consult  neurosurgeon...
