I'm having L4 L5 disc bulge problem. so i'm taking bedrest in my hometown for 10 days (july 17 to july 24) madurai.so i need medical certificate to produce my office.

Feel pain below culf mussels, dark bleeding dats in skin, pain in walking also daiabetc in control with medicine.

Sir I have been suffering from stress and insomnia since last year.. I m keep going stress Full My life is not stress Full but still I get headache on my behind brain whenever I go to sleep and the headache keep increasing as the time increasing. And I can't sleep.. I always got awake after 2-3hrs of sleep at night And at morning the headache continue till 2 hrs.. Plss reply sir..

Head back pain , weakness , spinning head (rarely) . Joint pain in left middle finger . Pain in joint right pevic/hip . Hot water baths not helping

Hi, I need to know a specialist for facial palsy, I got this problem at 20 June and I need orientation about treatment.

I m having earlier stage of vericose veins in both the legs. some times i m getting pain in the middle of the chest and lower biceps mucles and nerves. Shall i get any medical prescriptions to control the nerve pain  and to improve the nerve strength.

My neurologist has prescribed Venlor-XR 37.5 Capsule for my vestibular migraine, is this a safe drug to take ?? Also are there any side effects ??

I have memory loss problem. I forget everything. Sometimes to eat and small small things. Always feel headache and sometimes feel migraine and neck pain. Since last year i can not swallow my food properly. I Always eat khichdi soup and semi solids. Can not decide the doctor. With whom i can contact?? Neurologist or someone else. Plz suggest..
