Brain and Spine Problems

Suffering from Parkinson's and having tablet, syndopa, rasalect, pacitane for almost 2 years but no sign of improvement, he is heart patient so having clopitab, nebi, imdur, as of now no issue with heart but any possible way to overcome parkinsons

Chronic lacunar infarct in posterior limb of right internal capsule left seventh nerve atrophy in left cerebello pontine angle used clopitap 150 mg two months Now better in all left side problems left hand grip improved shivering come down but still HFS of left side face from eye to mouth twinkling not cured Please advise remedy with less dosage of tablets

Is there anything serious about this report or it is normal? Kindly suggest if any more test required for this. Is there any severe disease?

My son 5 years old fell in splash pool in school on Wednesday. Stated pain in ear and vomited in evening. Went to doctor has adviced oflomac syrup darolac aqua and flexon. Pain is reduces when given flexon but comes back again. Vomiting  reduced. Foul smell gas is their. After 5 days pain is not gone. Can it be something other than ear infection. Is their some type of head injury.

While sleeping I feel my parts are getting numb and then I have to switch to flow again.With this I am also having dry mouth and gum pain

Today in the afternoon I was black out suddenly.I don't know why?In the morning I ate milk tea and in afternoon when I was ready for the lunch at 4pm I had dizziness and didnot control myself and became senseless for 15-20 minutes after messaging my hand palm.My house physician came and checked me.my bp is 100/60.my pulse is 40.he only says m anaemic too.thats it he doesnot explain the actual cause clearly.Thats why I want to know why this happen to me this for first time?
