Brain and Spine Problems

Sir this is siddhartha... I have pain in head since 2 months and pain in neck from last 15 days. I have done MRI. In report 1.strainghting of cervical spine noted 2.Focal forminal disc protrusion is noted on right side at C3-4 level abutting the right traversing nerve root Sir please explain me what is the prb n how much time it will take to cure. Sir I am preaping for neet and because of this I can't focous on study. Sir please help

I have a Pain in Temple of the head and in Jaw. So thought it could be  problem in a tooth. So consulted Dentist. They said ,No problem from your teeth. So it won't be  an issue for the head ache or jaw pain. After that I started to Google regarding this. And  found I have similar symptoms for "Temporal arteritis" . So now what should I do. TIA
