Brain and Spine Problems

Sir , I have been diagnosed with epilepsy and I have en taking medicine for past 3 years but I want to know what is the next step in my process. I have been eating torleva xr 750mg for 2 years for 2 times a day  and before that I have taken levipil 450mg for 3 times a day

Sir I have muscle cramps all over the body with tremors and twitching I consulted neurologist and he gave me evion And sehenz with betacap and blood test were alright but I am tensed of multiple scelerios?!

My head is shaking. Head full piercing and while driving it will get twist sensation. Sometimes i will travel in hot sun and due to different smell. While car travel i will vomited due to smell and any sharp flowers smell. Sometimes neck will also twist. Having migraine headache.

I am having severe very short duration headaches...that last  for around 10-15 mins and then disappeear. And appear again within half an hour...what kind of headache is this...as i am having it for the first time...and it is happening for the last 3-4 days

Feeling dizziness all of a sudden for the past one month even after eating and having sufficient sleep. Have to hold head tight or press or lay down for few minutes to be okay. Feels like it's difficult to breathe at that moment as if oxygen isn't enough. Sometimes dizziness is accompanied by headache.

I have right leg knee pain in back side n stiffness from my upper thaigh to ankle n most time my leg fingers get numbers n having mustle pull in thaigh also Pl what kind of treatment I should take n physiotherapy

Lower back pain while standing. MRI&CT done: Impression: 1. Spondylolysis of L4 vertebra with grade1 spondylolisthesis of L4 over L5 vertebra 2. L3-L4 disc bulge indenting ventral thecal sac 3. Type 1 tear in L4-L5 IV disc in posterior aspect with disc bulge indenting on ventral thecal sac and bilateral foraminal stenosis 4. L4-L5 facet arthropathy. It would be great if you can let me know what sort of treatment is required to rectify this issue. Thank you!

I had cold and congestion for past 2 weeks. Since the last 3 days, my left ear is blocked and is numb, plus my left face, nose, eye neck all are numb. The cheek hurts when i press too hard. There is a constant numbness in the ear.

Experiencing altered mental status from past 1 month.Eye heaviness and sensitivity to sound and bright light.occipital pain also present.Please advise.

I had an MRI for l s spine for slip disc . And it stated that on Sagitta t2wi I had a small hyperintense fusiform lesion on left lateral pelvic wall (15mm*15mm) What it could be .? Any treatment required?
