Brain haemorrhage
Its been 10 days since attack and yesterday he was given ventilator support.
Doctor is saying medication has not worked as it should have done.

Hello! This is an ich intera cerebral hemorrhage, and that too a large one since you have not posted the scans looking at the diagnostics report this demands a neurosurgeon intervention,the edema and hemorrhage needs to be evacuated from the brain to save the patient as the midline of the brain has also shifted. So my advice would be to take a neurosurgeon opinion.
