Hello! First of all you need to find out the triggers for your migriane, most migraine attacks are trigger based which means there is something specific that you do that causes the attack to occur so my advise would be to maintain a diary that lists out the start and end dates/time of your attack, the medication u took during that period, also what were you doing before the attack , brief description.. when you write this at least 3 to 4 times you would understand the triggers to your attack, avoid trigger avoid migraine.
As for having lemon in the morning so I do not see it's effect on migraine from allopathic side but if you want you can have the same.
