Migrane Problem
Hello my name is Nikhil I have been getting migranes for the past 4 days repeatedly they occur at the same time in the afternoon in between 2pm and 4pm i experiance mild pain behind my right eyebrow its like a pulsing pain and nausea they last for about 1.5 to 2 hrs. I do have work 8 hours a day from home and stare at a computer screen the whole can you please advise what i can do to remedy this.

Avoid excess screening or you can try blue light filter for screening.take OTC painkiller like naproxen for acute exacerbation of migraines, then use propanolol for prevention or recurrent attacks of migraines. Avoid triggers as much as you can.
