Is there any test to find out migraine?

I frequently get sharp pain on the exact right temple head.
So bad that I can't open my eye

Well to answer your question there is no measurable or quantifiable test to find out migraine , however clinical assessment, symptoms and physical assessment points us to the type of headache and we move from there onwards.
As for your headache I'd suggest that you visit a nearby neurologist to get yourself checked for the type of headache that you have and get a prescribed medication for the same.
