Traumatic brain Injury
She met with a sever car accident on 8th Evening and has been unconscious till date. CT scan reports suggest of undisplaced temporal fracture and subarachnoid haemorrhage and a displaced fracture of the spinous process of C6, C7 vertebrae. GCS-2-3 What is the prognosis? What are the rates of survival? How long can it take to become conscious?

A SAH subanarchoid hemorrhage demands surgical intervention most of the times , but if she is unconscious and with a gcs of 2 or 3 the prognosis do not look promising , however I would not jump to conclusions without looking at her scans.
